- Depending on the conditions of the service booked, cancellation fees may apply.
- No cancellations will be accepted after the scheduled pick-up time.
6. Customer's obligations
The customer agrees to :
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information when booking.
- Respect agreed pick-up times.
- Behave respectfully towards Kana Transports drivers and staff.
- Do not carry any illegal or dangerous substances.
In the event of non-compliance with these obligations, Kana Transports reserves the right to refuse service without refund.
7. Liability
Kana Transports is committed to providing a reliable and secure transport service. However, the company cannot be held responsible in the event of :
- Delays due to unforeseen traffic, strike or weather conditions.
- Loss, theft or damage to passengers' personal belongings.
- Non-presence of the customer at the agreed time.
